Adoption and execution of the order
All of us adopted and subsequently confirmed through our online store delivered orders are binding. About the acceptance of the order, you will be notified by e-mail. For each article, you can see if we have the goods in stock. If this is not the case, we will inform you of the delivery date.
Cancellation of the order
If you cancel the order within 12 hours, we consider them to be revoked. The cancellation of the order, you can send us via email. During withdrawal, it is necessary to carry out their names, email address and order number.
Delivery and Delivery
The goods will be delivered to the customer by an agreed delivery. When ordering more than CZK 2,000 reduces the postage fee in half. The ordered goods you get is usually within 24 hours from dispatch. About the time of sending our customers will be notified by e-mail. The goods are insured up to the value of the shipped items. The shipping container is available for all orders / deliveries free. The delivery time shall not exceed 14 days. If delivery take more time, our customers will be informed of the delivery time / delivery date as soon as possible via email. Warranty
In each delivered packet always contains a tax bill. The warranty period begins on the date of acceptance of the goods to run.
Withdrawal periods
If you are a natural person within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act order, you are entitled to a withdrawal within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Should you decide to withdraw, we request in this regard to be contacted via e-mail and by stating the reasons why you have chosen to resign or to specify the order number, the purchase date and your bank details, including residential address, so that we the can back transfer amount received.

Goods is please do not send cash on delivery. We encourage you to insure the goods. The amount paid for your goods will be refunded to your bank account after delivery of the goods to our address. Normally pre-refund within 15 working days.

Payment
You can pay directly by credit card over GP webpay. For payment there is no charge to the customer. The amount in EUR is in our E-shop only - quantified according to the rate established our business to CZK 27 per 1 Euro. When paying by card online, will amount converted back to CZK (depending on the exchange rate 1 Euro = 27Kč) deducted from your account, according to current exchange your bank CZK vz. Eur.

Security
All internal information (passwords, names, actions) are encrypted. For purposes of faster processing, we encrypt any general information (eg data IZM individual articles of merchandise, etc.).

Complaints
If the goods which you have received from us damaged or not functioning, we ask for immediate contact, including description and photos to the following email address: info@gladork.cz
 
ATTENTION!
Should the package be visibly damaged or example only the protective tape, is this deficiency to make directly regardless of the condition of the goods carried to the delivery claims. The delivery shall be liable for any damage caused during transportation.
Faulty or damaged (reported in advance incl. Photo documentation transmitted) commodity is exchanged by mutual agreement and that after sending the alleged goods to our address at our expense.
Goods is complete to return as this was possibly taken from the supplier delivery. In case of return without giving any reason, the goods must be returned in original packaging with label goods.
The goods are any documents (eg invoice, etc.) enclosed with which the customer has received, together with the goods.
The selling party is not responsible for products coming from the operation of the products as well as improper use of the goods damage. There is liability for any damages caused by outside circumstances and lack of manipulation with the goods. On defects of this origin is also the above-mentioned warranty does not cover.

We ship our goods by post.

The deadline for delivery abroad within the EU is 7-30 days.


Postage charge
The amount to 2kg of the postage fee: 12 Eur. Over 2 kilograms postage will be specified in the email. 

With a purchase of more than EUR 200 reduces the postage fee in half.
